The IW MOC 120 H Digital Moisture Balance is a professional grade laboratory instrument uniquely designed with sample drying characterisitics in mind. Most versatile method for measuring moisture.Large diameter pan allows for almost double the amount of sample, which facilitates even sample spreading for more uniform drying. High accuracy results require 10 grams of ground, green coffee sample. Bias function allows data from other measuring methods or testers, to be adjusted. No need to be tied to obsolete equipment anymore.The drying procedure for the last 30 seconds is graphically displayed for quick visual reference, and results can be directly entered in to any WIndows Platform Software.     No special software downloads neccessary.

If you want the best moisture analyzer for coffee or grains, the MOC 120H is the answer. While it has many exclusive features, there are two in particular that set the MOC 120H aside, an extra large diameter sample pan, and a unique heating source that dramatically reduces surface burn and the effects of  color on heat absorption.
We tested this moisture analyzer along side others, and there was little comparison. If you try to spread
a 10 gram (REQUIRED FOR HIGH ACCURACY READING) sample across a 3" pan, you'll see where the problem lies with other moisture balances.

Also, because the unique heat source reduces the amount of surface burn, accurate results may be obtained with shorter test times.
