Woven wire mesh sieves are the most widely used
test sieves for all types of laboratory sampling and particle size analysis. 

They are made with only the highest quality materials
and are available in diameter sizes of 3 inch, 8 inch, and 12 inch.

They can be supplied with aperture sizes ranging from 125 mm
down to 20 microns in full or half height versions. Woven wire
mesh sieves are available in frame materials of either stainless
steel or brass stainless steel).

Used for coffee grind particle sizing.

Wide range of perforated plate sieves for the many industries that require them. 

These are available in diameter sizes of 200, 300, 315, 350, 400 and 450 mm. 

Aperture sizes range from 125 mm to 4 mm in square hole and 125 mm to 1 mm in round hole. Perforated plate sieves can be supplied in frame materials of brass
or stainless steel. They are manufactured to the highest engineering standards to ensure quality and accuracy.

Perforated plate sieves are available to every national and international standard. Other materials and sizes can be produced to order.

Used for grading of coffee beans. Available for green coffee beans, and

WOODEN AGRICULTURAL SIEVES
Coffee Laboratory HAND SCREENS are quality constructed, using premium kiln dried wood. The finished wooden frames are designed to stack on top of each other. 

Round or oblong (Peaberry) hole apertures are custom punched with .004" tolerances, in to premium 20 gauge sheet metal plate, using computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, eliminating partial holes. 

Labels are clearly marked in 64th" increments, for agricultural grading applications, including coffee beans.
